I purchased 24x340ml Castle lite at Kuruman Pick and Pay, the cashier tells me that this is on a special for R148 an it started today. When scanned the price showed R172.99. She called her supervisor who called the Manager of the store. He said sorry this is the price and they are waiting for new stock to come on Thursday. The supervisor also show the price is advertised in the Pick and Pay paper and also asked why is it displayed on the fridge. The manager refused to adjust the price and told me to come on thursday. Pay and Pay, is this how do give customer service??? I have photos of the advert and the advert displayed on the fridge. Below is the receipt number.
