No after sales service

I had my new Half Jackets send in after the whole frame was flimsy. Up to date three weeks later the Luxotica representative has not contacted the supplier. I need feedback please for I have not had this service from Oakley since I bought any of the six pairs I own since 1999. My contact number is 0798830273.
