My husband went to Mr Price Sport N1 City yesterday to buy our son a swimming cap and goggles. He was approached by a sales person and asked if he could help. So far so good. When he said yes, he is looking for goggles the took a pair of goggles, gave it to my husband and walked away. Needless to say, he left the store and went to Total Sports where he got much better service.
You would think that sales staff in a Sports shop would be helpful as some customers need to buy items for the first time and need some advice and guidance.
