Hi I have been struggling to get a settlement on my account since June 2012. I first discussed this matter with Unity then theIr accounts lady. I then resorted to speaking to Mr. Mokhele who also couldn't help and referred me to Magda who did nothing but insulted me on the phone calling me stupid. I then called Mr. Mokhele back with feedback from Magda and immediately demanded her superior's number. I tried his number with no answer for 2 days until I called Tshepo on Saturday the 29 Dec. Then again when Tshepo who wad very wIllIng to helperturned my call on the 31st Dec 2012. I then went to the shop agaIn on the 17 Jan 2013 but stIll my Isue couldnt be rrsolved and thIs tIme Magda promIsed to have a solutIon In 10. UntIl now am stIll wsItIng wIth no help.e
