On Tuesday (19/11/2013) Stuttafords has a 50% mark down on all products. My mother, sister and I went shopping and spent a total of R20 000. When we arrived home we checked our goods. Unfortunately we misplaced the till slip, and called the store immediately because the transaction went through at Stuttafords but we received a sms stating that it declined. We then called Stuttafords and told them that the transaction did not go through and we will come back immediately because we are honest people. Also the system did not mark everything down to 50%, the slip showed a 30% markdown (pathetic). Carla was so helpful and patient. She assisted us when we came back to the store and paid for our parking, she was professional. I expected the manager or head office to come back to us saying thank you for coming back to pay or at least giving us a gift or something, we could have been dishonest and not paid, you would have lost R20 000 of stock. How disappointing, NOTHING AT ALL! My dad had to take time off from work to get a statement from the back, we had to wait very long and make plenty of calls and pay EXTRA bank charges. SO disappointing that Stuttafords could not even give us a reward
