I had bought 3 french connection dresses from stuttafords in sandton-FULL PRICE. However, due to the quality of the fabric the dresses shrank and i took them back to stuttafords to be returned. The manager at East Gate Mall refused to give me the amount I had purchased it for claiming I was a, and threw me out of his office. I was reduced to tears in the middle of the store. To make matters worse, I have called customer service numerous times- where my call was either not answered or they have not gotten back to me
I am appalled by the service I have received especially since I was a regular customer.
i had originally complained to Sandton Stuttafords, and was assured I would receive an apology for the way I was treated. I have not been contacted yet
Furthermore, I have been into Stuttafords since then- and witnessed myself, sale price Items being brought back to their original price.
I personally do not feel, ANY retailer has the right to treat a customer in such a manner, regardless of what their problem is. Clearly Stuttafords needs to review its customer service policy.
