Dont buy from CNA, buy from Takealot / Kalahari

Placed an order online for a PS Vita wifi bundle on 10/10/2013. Order email said I would be kept up to date regarding order progress via email.

1 week later, after receiving no contact, logged onto CNA website to see no change in the order status. Followed the Track My Order link to Courierit and typed in first 7 digits of my Order no. A package from Feb 2012 came up! What the heck?

I then contacted the online dept. and spoke to Notholo, couldnt figure out why it showed that. She said she would elevate the query and call me back ASAP. No contact for the next 3 days.

I started phoning again the following Monday, same story - "will get back to you"... aaaand nothing. Each time I called I spoke to someone different, and each time NO ONE called me back!

Yesterday I went to CNA @ Pavilion and spoke to someone face-to-face, Lorraine was very helpful and took down all the info and tried to phone a few numbers... she couldn't get through to anyone. She actually phoned me this morning! and said she still couldnt get hold of "Esla" and gave me her num to try myself, which seems to be the same contact number.

So after 2 weeks, they dont have stock! Order status still says New Order. BAD!
