Cell Phone Insurance

After my last insurance claim at Promenade Mall, the gentleman that assisted me asked me if i want my cell phone insurance premium to be increased seeing that i have now purchased a cellphone of more value. i have not collected my statements for the past 3 months, when collecting them recently from my post box i noticed that i am now only paying for one cell phone and the other one has then been cancelled. I would like to be contacted with regards to this and would like my insurance re-instated. This is the THIRD time i have a problem with cell phone insurance. Seems like everyone employed by Edgars doesn't know how to do their jobs properly. I have also been fighting with the Edcon group for a very long time with a contract i have been billed for for almost 3 year's that i have not signed up for. Ive been given a number to call that is always engaged. ive been speaking to a Supervisor by the name of Natasha at the Edcon call centre and after a while she just stopped responding to my emails and just ignored me completely. Ive been paying R35.00 for a very long time for a service that did not signed up for. PUT YOURSELF IN MY SHOES FOR A MOMENT AND TRY AND UNDERSTAND MY FRUSTRATIO
