I bought a cellphone at CNA The Grove on the 22/12/2012. The cellphone had problems with the keypad and I returned the phone back to the store on 15/02/2013. the guy in the store promised that the phone will be collected on Monday (18/02/2013). I called the store on friday (22/02/2013) and I was assured by Samuel Nkosi that my cellphone was collected from the store.

On the 26/02/2013 I went into the store and Samuel Nkosi said to me my phone is still in the store the couries came with a wrong invoice. I believe it doesnt take a week to generate an invoice.. i expect to be notified by the store of any information wrt my cellphone.

I believe this matter will be sorted out since I am depended on the phone that is lying in the CNA office and not being taken to the people who is responsible for repairing the phone.
