I when to pick and pay to go and buy some things. I took the soap from the shelf. Walk till th end of the aisle and changed my mind, I put t soap down on the closes shelf to me. I paid fo my other things at the cigarette counter. When leaving the shop the security asked me where is the soap that I took. I told her I put the soap back because I did not want it anymore and told her she can come with me so I can show herwhere I have put he soap. she said she cannot come with me but I need to go and fetch the soap. So I told her I will not go and fetch the soap. Then the security spoke over the radio and told me I can go. This is not the 1st time that pick and pay Is giving me BAD serives. I have waited 3 weeks for my omo liquid and nobody evens gave me a call to let me know how far it is. I just think it pathetic.
