The woman who owns the shop believes that she is doing people a favour by letting them by from her shop.
She is rude and does not know anything called customer services. She is and very offensive, even kicking out a pregnant woman from her store because she doesn't know how to deal with customers.
She doesn't know what products she has and about them on her website, so that when you go to the store looking for things, she doesn't know what you are talking about.
I would not advise anyone to buy from her store because she is rude and disgusting and, BONPAK just down the road, sells everything she sells, but cheaper and with the greatest service!
Other much better mannered suppliers include "Fun with Soap" in Edenvale, "Soap Crafters" in Elands Park and "Candice Foulds" in Kempton Park.
