I was at Shoprite SanCardia to buy their soap that is currently on special. I have been to the store 3 times and there is no stock, one of the staff members on the soap isle said that she would pack stock at 13h00.i called the shop and spoke to Gladys the manager and she laughed at me and said "sorry you were given wrong information, there is no soap".i was given this information by a staff member, and she also said there is nothing she can do since i didnt see the name.1stly Shoprite is advertising soap that is not there for 3 days and have the audacity to be rude when we enquire.there is absolutely no sense of customer service in this shop.
