One Sunday I went to clicks Somerset west. They didn't have stock of beauty soap advertised. The shelf packer told me it is on the shelf. I told him it's not the same one as the one advertised is 90gr for R2.90, and the one on the shelf is 100gr and 4.65. (Total difference of R42 for 24 soap. This is a lot for me as I don't have much money but try to give back to people less fortunate.), He took one and came back and told me they don't have it, (after I told him that its not on special.) He told me Somerset mall will definitely have. ( assuming he phoned because how else will he know) Drove to Somerset Mall and had the exact same experience. So I emailed Clicks about the terrible service and the shelf packers that pretend I'm stupid. I needed 24 soaps for KFM Santa Shoebox. Pricilla phoned me and told me she will help. After a week or 2 I am happy because I have my 24 bars. She went the extra mile by phoning all Clicks shops even Cape Town to find me the soap and get it delivered at her branch. Thank you Pricilla.
