I bought a top loader from Hirsch's a little while back that's still under warranty. It stopped working so I called the sales person Anand on 08/11/2013 and he promised someone would come and take a look by 12/11/2013. I gave him till the 14th and called back. He did apologize and said he will escalate and now they would come by 18/11/2013 but still nothing. We're a huge family and we have to wash all these clothes by hand while waiting for the sales person who never gets back to us!!
