As per the usual month end, I decided to do my grocery shopping at Pick n Pay Greenstone. I came across an advertisement (which I still have) that stated buy 3 Protex soap and get one free for R10.00. At NO point did it state that the price was R10.00 per each unit of soap. I was highly disappointed and embarrassed by the feedback the manager had given me. He was unhelpful and instead asked me what I think he should do, which was patronising as he should be the decision maker. The advertisement was misleading and it shouldn't be the customers job to inform PnP employees of their duties assistance.
