I have contacted your finanacia services call centre today and was advised that they cannot send a request to ITC to have my profile updated as the general update will be sent tomorrow. I explained the urgency of my situation and the consultant told me to call ITC directly ans speak to GLORIA MTHI (Who was extremely rude and unco-operative. She then referred me back to Woolworths. I don't have the time or patience to make calls all day. Can someone please have my bureau profile update as my account is not overdue or I can loose a property which I am purchasing.
