On the 27th November, i went to Game stores in Fourways to buy a patio set. after purchasing the set i arrived home and opened the box containing the glass? steel table only to find that it did not match the color of the chairs. I phoned the store only to receive little assistance so drove back to exchange the table. After wairting an hour for the exchange to be done to the correct color i loaded up the new table and went home again. On assembly of the table i noticed that the frame surrounding the glass was slightly damaged. Posting a complaint to game i received the standard letter of thank you for informing us Blah blah blah... I to date have not recieved a call, an exchange unit or anything. Guess this is the level of customer service we can expect from Game Stores.
