Went to Game Belair after seeing the Trojan Cardio 470 treadmill was on special. I was at Macro yesterday to purchase this item but need a trailer so I was going there today after hiring a trailer. I saw Games advert this morning and decided to rather buy it there being cheaper. I arrived there at 15-00 and went to buy it. After standing around for 15 minutes with nobody assisting I eventually got a lady to help me. She told me that there was no stock, not sold out they had not received the stock. She took me to info to obtain it from another branch, Peter 5558 was asked to help as he was not at the info table but having a chat to other staff members, he clearly showed us his annoyance at being pulled away and gave us a poor attitude. He did eventually look up the other branches only to find that no one had received stock. You have clearly advertised this item under false pretences as no store has the item. I was told that when the item comes in they will phone me and give it to me at the same price. Great what about the trailer hire R200-00 my time going again to the store and when will this happen. Shocking but the norm for Game as this has happened before to me.
