I went to pay my account at the edgars kolonnade branch on the 25th october and saw i was over billed. I then enquired and saw that somebody bought airtime for the amount of R641 on the 9th of October 2013. I laid a complaint on the 25th october 2013 about that. Person helping me was Jerry. He told me they would be phoning me in the next 5 to 7 working days. Then after almost 2 weeks nobody phoned me. I went back and was told i need to go to the police station. This is really very very poor service. As it would have been great if they could have told me from the start that i needed to go to the police station to get a statement. Due to lack of service and i will be closing my account.
