3 months and counting to fix a watch

My Guess watch broke with in 1 year after I purchased it from Guess Brooklyn. As it was still under warranty I returned it to be fixed and they said it will take 6 to 8 weeks to repair. That was more than 12 weeks ago! Today I received a text message saying that they accidentally dropped my watch and the glass cracked, and they will send it in again for repairs which will again take 6 to 8 weeks. This happened after I visited the store more than once and phoned the manager Jean-Louis who promised to phone me back the next day with details of why it's taking so long to repair. Needless to say he never phoned me back. Clearly customer service is not a priority for Guess as no one has once phoned me to explain the situation or to apologise.
