Good Day
Over the years I have bought several high value items at Game as I was fairly assured of the best price due to their policy of matching the deal then an additional 10% off. However today I was disappointed as I bought an mx8 pool cleaner for R1999 at Game two days ago only to find the same item at Pick n Pay Hyper for the same price and including a free leaf cleaner value of R300 the next day. I went to game customer service and they informed me I cannot get the additional item or the value off and I cannot bring the pool cleaner back because I already put it in the pool unless it is broken. Which leaves me with NOT THE BEST DEAL because I cannot return it and purchase the PnP one. Does not seem fair at all or in the spirit of your policy.
