My daughter, Meagan, 20 years old(, a B Ed student) and her boyfriend, Didi 22 years old (a 3rd year law student also currently working part-time for a law company) went into BROWNs Clearwater to have a look at some engagement rings for his sister (her boyfriend had asked him to have a look as they would be at Clearwater. Well the service they received from the female staff was shocking! the sniggering etc that went on, when Meagan and Didi were asking about settings, white gold and platinum left a lot to be desired, they left the store feeling 'like 'unwanted" customers! theyhave since told their friends who are all the age group of getting engaged in the next year NOT TO USE BROWNS. I actually wanted something from BROWNS for Christmas and my birthday (which falls a week before Christmas) and my husband and I have said we would shop elsewhere! You may wonder why I put down what they are studying, the reason is they have both been taught never to look down on anyone no matter what their qualification may be, and to me it appears as if the sales assistants do not have any qualifications let alone CUSTOMER SERVICE KNOWLEDGE!!!
