Whatever happened to customer service

Really disgusted at the service from Bruno from the vodacom shop inside incredible connection.
The only reason I chose to purchase the Galaxy tab 3 cash from you guys as compared to Hi Fi Corp next to you is because your device comes with a free drifter.

I asked Bruno to please hurry up with the process as I have a party to get to. It took him 30 minutes to process everything. He also had the nerve to ask me if he must run?! Really for someone who is spending R6, 500 at your store the least I could have expected is for you to be polite and hurry up and assist me as fast as you can.
I then told him that he was rude, and he screamed at me infront of your cashiers insisting that he isnt.
I also asked for an expected date of when the drifter will be in stock, to my suprise I will just have to wait and he will call me. I surely hope he does before I have to follow up as that was the only reason I purchased the device from you store 17/11/2013.

Unsatisfied with your customer service. Sad because service is the only thing that helps you sell these days.
