Bought a Nespresso Machine 10 months ago that stopped working. Emailed the complaint through to Yuppiechef first time on the 19th of October and again on the 23rd of October. No reply. Phoned in-after long wait spoke to consultant who said that a Nespresso consultant would phone me to trouble shoot. They phoned the next day in the middle of the day - I explained I was not home- we fixed a time I would be- an hour later.
No phone call. I again phoned in to Yuppiechef who profusely apologized and promised to resolve the problem.
No such luck. Emailed again on the 6th of Nov and again on the 15th of November.
No reply and still a broken coffee machine 2 months later.
