I cannot believe that I have to write yet another report about the staff in the printing division of Game Tygervalley.
I am sitting with a deadline. Presentations that needed to be done and ready by 9 on Monday morning. I get to the office and discover my assistant took the print cartridges out in order to replace them. With 1 h before closing, rush to Game. I do not know what cartridges I need and find that all the cartridges are "locked up" so you cannot take it down to find the right one. I look for someone to help for about 5 minutes - no one in sight. Eventually go over to payment station and get them to call someone.
He checks the printer box for the right cartridges. Go to the wall and taeks a color and black one off and walk with me to the counter (because it is policy). He gives it to the lady at the till and I pay in good faith. I get to the office and try to put the cartridge in the printer. It does not fit!
I finally get hold of my assistant who checks the numbers - it is completely the wrong cartridge! I am not even going to bother taking it back - because I know what the response will be! It was yet another R 350 wasted!
