I went to the store on Sunday 17/11, bought a cake and custard, when I got home the custard had expired yet it had a 2014 expiry date. as frustrated as I was I had to return the item on Monday after work, I got the after wasting my money travelling from braamfontein to southgate, the cashier did not ask me any question, she did not apologize for this, she didn't care, nor did she offer me another custard, she just gave me the money I paid for that custard and that was it, I went on to their webside an sent a complaint its been a week and I haven't heard anything from the either then an email saying "thank you for your enquiry we will get back to you in 48hours" much as they claim to sell a grade food they are lying and their service is also as expired as their goods. I'm disappointed in them as I didn't think a world class store like them would threat a client like dirt.
