Very poor service

I ordered a iphone 5s from [URL Removed] After a lot of problems with getting the phone delivered and poor customer support to find out where my phone is, I was just glad to actually get it. Opening the package I saw that the bubble wrap was deflated and the wallcharger taped to the top of the box but I did not worry about it as the box with the phone was fine and it worked and I just wanted to use my new phone. When I wanted to charge my phone I looked at the wallcharger for the first time. It was damaged and not usable. So I emailed them with photos of it but they want me to send everything back not just the damaged charger that you can buy in a store. This is after I set up everything and had to pay for a simswop. Now I must send it back so they can check everything! So i have to pay for a simswop again as it will not work on my old phone, then again whenever I will get the phone back. Then they said they can give me a Gobi charger as it will also work on it. I did not buy a Gobi I want what I paid for. In the end I said just leave it as you cannot offer me what I paid for and will go buy it myself. I will not buy from you again as you clearly do not care.
