Unwilling to replace damaged goods

6 days ago a bought a tablet phone at furnworld in Uitenhage. Everything worked fine and i was very impressed with the phone, but then 6days later i wanted to charge my phone and when i inserted the charger into the charging port, the port was missing. I looked for it and saw that it was stuck inside the phone so i cant charge my phone anymore. I went back to furnworld to tell them what happened and show them the problem. They said that unfortunately they cant replace it as it is not their problem it is the manufacturers problem and that they gonna send the phone away and then the manufacturer must deal with the problem. I was very unhappy about it because i paid alot of money in cash for the tablet phone and now its broken and they don't want to replace it. I went back in the afternoon to try and speak to the owner (Armand du Preez) He was a bit busy so i said i will wait for him. I sat in front of him for almost half an hour. He was busy putting small amounts of money in little envelopes and wasn't planning on speaking to me at all. I asked him for only 5 min but he said i must wait until he is finished. I'm very unhappy cause lawfully a company must replace within 10days
