I received a voucher for R 200-00 for my birthday that will expire next year. After my purchase yesterday I realised after the sale that the voucher did not link correctly. I mailed support stating that the full amount got deducted from my credit card and if the can amend it. The shocking reply was that she requested that her manager discount the R 50 (?!?!?) from the total order and that the voucher have been canceled.
1. First off how am I going to receive the R 50?
2. How can you cancel a R 200-00 voucher and want to give me R 50?
