I placed an order on [URL Removed] when I checked out I choose eBucks payment method with the intention of topping up my eBucks with rands but "apparently they had technical problems with the system" they don't accept part payment i.e. eBucks and Rands. So I call them and gave them the order number, verify and advice that I go buy a [URL Removed] voucher from eBuck site, where I can top up with rands. Sweety... got my voucher called again to make payment and I was advise to cancel the order and there was no way I could cancel it from their website, they themselves couldn't and I was adviced that I must wait for 12 days. I was now told a different story that I cannot pay with a voucher since its a third party, which they did not tell initial now I'm stuck with a R1000 voucher, no present for my son. I was conned R1000 and I'm forced to buy from them something else that I don't want. "We cant refund it since it's from eBucks" I've been a loyal customer for years now but the treatment I got. I'm very unhappy.
