Russels were supposed to debit my account for which they did not because the consultant who called me said they had system issues due upgrades to their systems. this was last year december. I could not get time to pay at the store hence i chose the debit order option,

I then authorised one consultant to debit my account twice which they gladly did. however i did not and have not paid the interest generated by the errears as it was not my fault but theirs. since then more than 7 consultants have called to tell me my account is in arrears and i have explained the story to all of them. They seem to understand my explanation and promise to consult their supervisors and revert back to me with a way forward. but like any other consultant from russels, none of them ever get back to me.

The arrears have now affected my credit record and i realised this upon perusal of my transunion credit report report. i even got a letter from head office about the arrears.

since all your calls are recorded for "quality purposes", i dare you to go through every recording of calls made to me and prove me wrong. dont worry i'll wait.
