On Sunday 8 September 2013 I went to Woolworths in Eastgate to return an item I have purchased.
The lady that assisted me asked for my credit card that I used to purchase the item with. I provided her with the card and she swiped it. She then advised me that the money will be refunded back to the credit card.
I have not yet received the money and contacted the call centre this morning asking them where my refund is. They had no idea what I was talking about and said they could not assist me, I must go back to the store where I did the return. She did not even ask for my ref # on slip or anything.
I want to know when will the money be back in my account?
