Still waiting for a delivery its a week now

May you kindly assist me, i was told my delivery will come through monday and nothing did. i called they say tuesday on tuesday i get an email saying thursday and today is friday still no delivery. May you kindly assist as i hoped by monday my delivery will be here. i have no fridge still waiting for the one i purchased at house and home. Please kindly assist
