This morning I went to Basix Plastics to do some shopping. I love their products and layout. However I feel the attitude of the elderly gentleman manager/owner needs serious attention. This morning he had an altercation with one of his staff. He used swear words and raised his voice for all to hear. This is unacceptable. What if there were children at the store? Furthermore, as a regular customer, I am aware that he is constantly smoking on the shop floor. This is not only illegal, but an annoyance to customers. I'm reluctant to shop there again because of his attitude. As he told his staff, he has 40yrs experience. It seems as if experience has not taught him to move with the times and to treat his staff or customers with respect or consideration.
