I had to wait half an hour past 09:00 this morning for Solly, the owner of Fiona's to open up his store. Staff and customers were waiting outside until Solly eventually decided to turn up for work. I had my day planned and his inability to open his store on time caused me to run late for my first and all subsequent appointments. I have since learnt that Solly is persistently slack and unable to open his store at the time he advertises to the public. I settled the second payment of R4000 towards my curtain order and approached Solly about his tardiness in opening his store and. He to me by telling me they had a problem (yes, Solly, you being late every morning is a problem). His response was to be excessively abusive telling me to leave his store and that he did not need my money. I should have taken my cue the day I ordered my curtains when, in the hour that I spent in the store I, and everyone in the store, heard him screaming and using incredible profane language over the phone to a customer, followed by equally abusive and profane language directed at a woman who approached him with a problem. This man is abusive, rude, and I pity customers and staff. Dispicable!!!
