Bad service attitude

I shop every Sunday at PnP, Boston, Bellville.
Tonight I wanted to buy a piece of biltong and asked the staff to cut it in chunks.
The staff asked me to do it because seeing that they are not allowed to cut it.
So I went to the back.
Suddenly the manager raised his voice at me.By telling me that must get out of there.
I told him what happened.
He told to get out.
When I got to the front he said to the other customers that "walk if you want to walk".

When I said that I am going to call the owner of the shop tomorrow he responded "do what you want to do".

It is very bad if a manager don't know how to behave especially if it is in front of other customers.
