I was referred by Zevenwacht Mall to Promenade for a kettle as there was no stock available. I got to Promenade and collected the kettle kept aside for me by Carmen. I was browsing around and to my Surprise the Branch Manager was on the floor assisting people. Mr Bester assisted me and cracked some jokes too. He then gave me over to Anisa who continued to help me with her beautiful smile. The cashier Emiraan rang up my goods and treated me with great respect. I applaud Game promenade for the Remarkable service rendered.
