After my complaint about the lack of customer care at an ackermans Estcourt store, I would just like to say 'Thank you' to the Regional manager Mr Bheka Ncana for promptly responding and resolving my issues, It's just sad that it had to come to a situation whereby top management had to be involved n a querry that could have been dealt with at store level... a Big Thank you to Mr Ncana
