Good day, on Sunday I called around to varies Musica branches looking for the latest Lady Gaga album.
None of the stores that I called has it, so as a last resort I called Canal Walk. The chap who answered the call didn't seem
Too sure of himself as he checked on the system and wasn't sure if they had it or not. After he placed on hold for a few minutes,
He came back to me and advised that they do have the album on their system & that they DO have stock & he gave the price as well.
Later the evening, when I got to the branch there was no stock. They didn't have it, never had it & it's still on order. I gave the store
Assistant enough time while he kept on hold to get his facts in order. A waste of my time and waste of petrol driving around for no reason!
