RE: LATE CD DELIVERY

Good day,

I noted during the last few months that new international music albums are never delivered or available on the album release date in the Rustenburg Musica.

The South African release date for the new Bon Jovi album was 15 March 2013, but again the album was not on the shelves or even delivered yet.

I eventually found the new record in CNA Rustenburg, but this totally doest make sense to me as Musica is a MUSIC SHOP. I totally am aware of the fact that these guys are dependant on their suppliers, but it still remains the retailers responsibility to ensure that the stuff is available on the right time. We don't know who the supplier is, so I cant blame them, I blame Musica.

I never had an issue with the client service, that is actually very good. I would really appreciate it if Musica can improve on the matter of late delivery.
