At first i was very happy with price, but then after a while a realised that the quality of toners not good and the toners damaged my printer. On some toners you cannot remove the plastic strip and others will make funny noise's in printer and damaging gears and others will simply not print. So i asked them to collect their toners and they said they will replace and i insisted that they collect and not replace and i would like to get my money back. They came to collect and replaced after i insisted not to replaced. I kept the toners and asked them to collect all and to give back my money. After a while they sended another batch of toners and i phoned to tell them i do not want more i want all to be collected and i want to be paid back. After 3 months they phoned me and told me they want their money and i said collect your toners. a guy David at CBS started swearing me: "F@#ck You", "I will F@#ck you up", "F@#ck your mother" and many more insulting. David asked me to speak to Accounting where i told him that they cannot do anything without my approval. Be Aware this company is bad for business.
