I bought a blackberry cash @ game on 12/11/13 and I found out a day later that it does not have a camera not even the video work! I I send it back 2days later wch is 2day and spoke to a staff who told me I should wait for 21days thy have 2 send it 2 vodacom who are their supplier. I than requested 2 speak 2 the manager who than come and spoketelling me thy cant take the fone back because it has scratch on the screen of which there was no scratch the fone still had its plastic on! he did not even apologies! I'm not gona wait for Caz I paid for it! how can you sell fake things! you don't have customer service! incompetent staff and management!
