POOR SERVICE

I bought a Samsung camera at game. I took it back as the lens was broken and it was still under warranty in the begining of September 2013. After 3 weeks they gave me a call back to say the camera is fixed and I can collect it. Went to game on the 28 September 2013 the camera was still not fixed. They re booked the and I spoke to the manager for 20mins and he confirmed they will phone the supplier on Monday and get back to me the same day. I only received a call after 3 weeks to say the camera has been fixed. Went back to game for the second time the lens was fixed but there was marks on the screen. Waited 30 mins just to speak to a manager, I spoke to the manager Aneeza she told me she don't know what to do she will phone the supplier. I am still waiting for a call. BAD SERVICE!!! HOW CAN SOMETHING GO FOR REPAIRS AND STILL BE BROKEN!!!
