I VISITED THE PROMENADE BRANCH ON SUNDAY TO PURCHASE FOOD ITEMS AND FOUND THE SHELVES EMPTY, THERE WAS ALMOST NEXT TO NOTHING ON THE POULTRY & MEAT SIDE, THE MILK THAT WAS ON SPECIAL DID NOT ARRIVE ALSO. THE EXPLAINATION FROM FABIAN WAS THAT THEY DELIVERED TO THE WRONG BRANCHES FROM YOUR CATOLOGUE & WHEN I ASKED HIM WHAT AM I TO DO NOW HE SAID HE DOES'NT KNOW, I INOFORMED HIM I WILL BE LOGGING A COMPLAINT THEN HE RESPONDED "NO PROBLEM", NOT EVEN TRYING TO OFFER & PHONE WESTGATE MALL OR VANGATE MALL TO FIND OUT IF THEIR STOCK ARRIVED. HE STOOD THERE WITH 3 STAFF MEMBERS CHATTING AWAY WHILE I LOOKED LIKE THE FOOL FOR BRINGING THIS TO HIS ATTENTION. I HAD TO GO TO PICK N PAY TO SHOP. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE FOR WOOLWORTHS AS WELL AS FOR A MANAGER.
