Poor After Sales Service

Purchased a 10 seater dinning room suite with sideboard. Sideboard had a hole in the back and 3 chairs had slight damage on delivery 30 October 2013. It is now 14 November (2weeks) since the delivery was made and no solid response has been given.

I always have to follow-up with the branch manager, not once have they called me except for the initial calls to arrange delivery. The branch arranged for their supplier to visit my house and see the damage. It was acknowledged, however, their supplier said there is nothing they can do as all their stock is damaged. We are now waiting to hear from Rochester head office. Perhaps this report will expedite the process.
