I have been battling for months to get Woolies Belvedere Rd Claremont Cape Town to stock their OWN BRAND Woolies milk in addition to the only milk they stock which is Ayrshire Woolies milk. Price difference of 2 litre full cream milk about R5. I am a pensioner and feel they are being elitist and only catering to wealthier customers. I have been given the runaround and illogical unacceptable explanations both by managers and after posting a complaint on the Woolworths website.
It is not as if I am asking for the world, puleez, I am asking for their own milk. How is it that certain branches stock the ordinary Woolworths milk and not Belvedere and Palmyra?
