On the 8th of October I wrote a complaint letter to Markham Head Office, Tamlyn Nel acknowledge my email and promised that an Area Manager will attend to the matter and get back to me. Until today no response or correspondence whatsoever was sent to me. On two occasions I bought two items that were not in good quality. And the company uses their returns policy as a scape-goat instead of rectifying the problem and maintain high quality standards. The first item was a watch that fell on my wrist while waring it, when I reported the matter I was told about the returns policy. The second item was sun shades that also fell while waring, I was so embarrassed and never bothered because I knew they would use the same technique on me. Hence I decided to write them a letter. But clearly they have shown total disregard of me as a customer, the mere fact that no one bothers to talk to me. Please help!!!
