I wrote a report on the 22 October re payments of Queenspark accounts. I receved a reply advised that someone will contact me. to date no one has bothered to contact me. As mentioned previously i want all my charges reversed ASAP. I made another payment on Friday, 25 October. Hopefully it will not take a month for them to see the payment and i don't receive a million calls. I need an apology from the Manager. The service!!!
