The last two months Queenspark hasn't been able to pick up my account payments. I receive daily SMS and/or phone calls to harass me for payment (this month i paid the R68 I owed 29/11 already!) and despite telling them and sending proof of payment that I have paid no effort is made to stop this harassment. It's shocking service on their part and I'm at my wit's end with this. This is the second month in a row that I have experienced this and now that my account is settled I'm seriously considering closing it
