We went to game to buy an xbox for my son. Nobody was there to help us. When we asked a despondent manager for help we discovered that the consultant responsible for helping us was playing playstation games. The cashier was extremely rude and abrupt with us. This was he last in a number of ncidents where incompetent, inconsiderate and incapable staff were involved in a series of visits to this specific store. Is there any form of control at this store regarding customer service? I will do my christmas shopping somewhere where I feel like a valued customer. I have spent thousands of Rands over the last 10 years at this store. Enough is enough!
